Broken

I'm not having any luck at the moment.

My 28-105 mm lens that I dropped in Death Valley many years ago is now very unhappy and only zooms to about 100 mm.

One of the hard disks in my home server is now starting to say that there may be read problems on some sectors. It has smart monitoring so it's not fatal yet but it will need replacing soon.

Finally my new umbrella bought from Messrs Marks and Spencer only last Monday has a broken spar (blipped) here.

On the upside I've sourced a replacement lens from a friend, the hard disk is mirrored so the data is safe if it dies totally and I've found my M&S receipt so I'm off to the shop tomorrow to demand a replacement!
