Look clouds.

Weather turned for the worse ,look we have a cloudy day.
Had my final Acupuncture treatment today.I have been told that in 3 days time I can do exercises .I am feeling very positive now I have thrown away the crutches and Pilar as given me the O.K.to play padel in 1 week.[Or was it 2]Both lol and I have changed our diets and we are drinking a old Chinese herbal 3 times a day.The Blip blog was taken today when i went for a walk along the beach around this afternoon.As you can see it was not to crowded ,but will be next month when the Madrileno come.
