So, while I technically did not take this photo of my purpley-painted toes today, one of my favorite ways to celebrate the beginning of Spring is to get a pretty pedicure and break out the flip-flops. Therefore, since today is the first day of Spring, I thought it was quite appropriate for today's Blip.
I never have liked shoes and am a firm believer that one of life's most basic pleasures is to walk barefoot through the grass and feel the warm Earth beneath one's feet...and if one has the good fortune of being able to do it with newly painted purple toesies, then so much the better. :)
