balls

Eveline has flown over to the Netherlands to visit family & friends over the Easter weekend. So a meal for one for me tonight,  I cooked a dish which I jokingly call "balls". A simple meal consisting of vegetarian meatballs, brussel sprouts & gnocchi in a tomato & basil sauce (this time I also added a few Quorn bite size kievs too). An easy lazy meal, but I like it. I don't cook it for Eveline because she is not keen on brussel sprouts!
