A step further.

I woke early, having had a dream about the quilt and a new idea. I’m trying to decide where the hexagons will be placed. They are on the bed at the moment but will form a row round the side. They were hand sewn when we were on holiday in Australia this time last year, so are well travelled!!
   
This afternoon I cut out the wadding and backing for each of the blocks.

PS Yesterdays bee is still alive and showing a little more movement today.
