A quiet day

A day off work for a change ,raining again, but we decided on an indoor day and visited Sudbury Hall, a National Trust property.

The Hall itself was closed but the childhood museum was open; part of the museum has a schoolroom set out as it would have been over 100 years ago. In busy periods the school is complete with a strict victorian school mistress; thankfully today was a quiet day.
