Outside a shop in Hebden Bridge.
Whilst the floods did a tremendous amount of damage - most of the shops are now open again and need customers.
My feedback is that the footfall in the town in not what it should be - many visitors expressing surprise how the town has recovered.
Let's hope Easter is a success.
