RETIREMENT TRIP TO THE ISLE OF SKYE DAY 4

And finally, the last day of my retirement trip has arrived and we have to go home. After checking out of the hotel and fuelling up the car, we had a final wander around Broadford before heading south. We were very lucky with the weather and just enjoyed the drive home. After stopping at “Crafts and Things” in Glencoe village for lunch, we headed on into the Glen for some pictures of the “Three Sisters of Glencoe” and here is Weemo framing them up nicely.

Further south we came across hordes of motorbikes whizzing past us and a bit of me was a wee bit envious, especially when we got caught in a traffic jam on the way into Callendar and most of the bikes just filtered past. We had a final coffee break here before the final leg of our trip.

I’ve enjoyed sharing our wee break with you all. I’m sure some of you will recognise the landscapes and I hope I’ve given others a we taste of Bonnie Scotland!
