International puppy day

As the Scottish Parliament ended its session - see Feorlean and SMaxwell - and Candidates seek election, work goes on.

So another day mainly at the Scottish Governemnt for meetings, primarily a meeting of the Youth Justice Improvement Board. This is a parallel body to the CHIP (the children's hearings improvement partnership) with the focus on youth justice and the older age group of young people and how to increase opportunities for them.

The potential blip was a snatched photo of the flags outside the Parliament building, flying at half mast in condolence for the Belgium massacre. Fortunately friends in Brussels are safe.

Then I saw that today is international puppy day, so this character, at 6 months and a day which must still qualify for puppy status, gets the honour.
