Jenny Wren

We've had a lovely day spent with both granddaughters, something which doesn't happen often now that they're both away from home. The eldest will be going off to Germany for three years in June and the younger one will be just completing her first year at university -  Mum and Dad (Jo & Ric) are in Canada skiing, but will be back home on Saturday.  We've also had a phone call from Deborah (our youngest) to say she's decided to go to Bali for five weeks whilst our middle daughter is busy being a working Mum.  Thank goodness I don't lead such a frenetic life anymore  -  I used to enjoy having targets and places to be but these days I much prefer a quieter existence.
