Not a rolling stone

A short walk was all I managed today - but it was such a novelty being able to walk to the corner shop! My sister's nearest shop is only a few minutes walk away. I was tempted with Aberdeen butteries but resisted

On my way back I spotted this lichen happily spreading across the stones that make up a bridge over the railway line

Tomorrow I'm meeting up with friends I was best man at their wedding, but fell out of touch and haven't seen them for circa 33 years ago. We'll either have lots to catch up on or find it difficult finding subjects to talk about.
