A cold day today......but bright and clear skies!  So no complaints.

For those of you who are interested, the soft cheese and ginger sandwiches were a total success last evening at our country dance.  Not one was left, and I was told several times how good they were.  Robin, who had asked for them, was well pleased with them.

I made them with seeded bread, but I think in future (I will make them again) I will use thin brown bread...... I think that would be a good combination.
