Who's the daddy?

I came across the 1911 census showing another brother for my grandmother and I was hopeful in seeing if there were any further clues as to who her father Frank Harvey was see previous blip. So I eagerly awaited the arrival of the certificate today. Unfortunately Gt Grandmother Nellie failed to name the father. So was it the same father or another one. Unfortunately no further forward :(
