Old farmhouse

Drove up to Castleton today. Started our walk in the village walking up onto the eastern ridge before continuing up to Mam Tor. Walked down the other side to Winnats Pass and back down into Castleton for a well earned cuppa. About four and half miles today but quite a bit of leg aching climbing at the start. A good day and cracking views.

Main blip is an old derelict farmhouse at the start of today's walk, the first extra is a different view. Second extra is a footpath (stream bed) at the start of the climb, third extra is a view back along the ridge just before the final climb to the summit of Mam Tor.
