Fire alarm

One of the (many) nuisances of the campus redevelopment is that the fire alarm is regularly triggered as a result of the works. Every time it happens the whole campus has to be evacuated and we all troop out on to the surrounding streets, along with all the construction workers.

This afternoon I took the chance to make a quick exit and headed straight for the tube so I could carry on working at home.
