Rhubarb
I love rhubarb - the bitter-sweet taste and the colour are scrumptioius when combined with some plain yoghurt.
I stewed up a small pan of rhubarb this evening, the vague promise of delicious breakfasts clearly at the back of my mind.
Unfortunatley, I forgot about the pan and when I began to smell a hint of burning I didn't put two and two together quickly enough to save most of it from it's charcoal end! I recued what I could but the pan sure does look sick!
Bummer.
