Morning light on the Old Man

Not Mr Rat but the view from the B&B.
It was a glorious day and quite warm in the sun (so good for drying out the running shoes).
We drove through to Keswick to Mum's and then took her out to lunch and a drive then, while she had a snooze we had a short walk through the park an old railway line. The park is full of piles of silt but as much as possible is back to normal use.
Lazy evening and got the run results on-line, pleased with my position considering I had a cold.
