The BF

A very sensible return home from Gin Club just after midnight unlike the other members who have far greater stamina than me as an exciting day for us today!

First the Boy's friend turned up and they headed off to loiter around in town. Then Princess's Lithuanian school friend arrived for his first visit, they vanished into the garden. Then Eldest's BOYFRIEND arrived, with Mum and Gran in tow :-D

He lives near Plymouth - they met on Scout camp - so the romance has all been online until today. Mutual vetting was carried out by both sides and approval granted certainly from our end. After entertaining younger children, the lovebirds headed off for ice cream before BF was collected again.

MrRoly headed off to watch the England game with MickeyJohn and I stuck into some work - looking up insurance and wotnot, registering with HMRC and other equally thrilling things. Whatever happened to Saturday nights?

eta the point of this blip is to show my mum how sunny and dry it has been - the magnolia is going over and my bedroom windows are opening again!
