Cuisine to follow..

thanks to a generous donation, we found ourselves able to replace the entire kitchen to top health and safety standards (which was the donor's profession.). It is fascinating to see an industrial kitchen under construction - everything looks so pristine and new. I think we will have to ban its use - should be finished by Friday.
