Good Neighbours, Good wine. Good food

Now does that image look like the recipe for a good night out or not. Friends from around the corner rang and invited me for a meal their family was home from Australia. It was such an incredibly hot day so we sat outside for a wine and nibbles then enjoyed a magnificent meal of a pot belly of pork served on a bed of leeks and potato and a rhubarb compote. How about that. Great wine ,great company and great food what more could one wish for on a Monday evening.
