63, from the Roof

On my birthday, we traveled back to Portland just for a trip to Powell's Books. We parked on 10th Street at a parking garage. After browsing books for an hour or so, we returned and let Kirb out of the truck to walk about the roof in the rain. I picked up two books: a memoir from Graham Nash, Wild Tales, and a book on memoir writing by Natalie Goldberg, Old Friend From Far Away. Perfect birthday.
