Maiden voyage

We took the tandem out for its first maiden club ride today. We were looking forward to seeing how it performed on roads we knew. Well, it did really well, we both loved it. Of course it got lots of admiration and there was lots of discussion about the various components. Some of us just thought it looked black and sparkly. We went to Wadenhoe which has this old post office sign on one of the cottages. I have wanted to blip it for ages, got my chance today. 

Rest of the day - dog walking, cleaning out hens, domestic stuff, preparing for tomorrow - teaching year 3,  making flapjack for a bring and share lunch. phew! off to bed. BIG apologies for not commenting much, its taking me all my time to get my blips on.
