Too much?

I can not get rid of these headaches, they're making me feel awful.
I do drink a lot of coffee, I love it and it helps me function! But is this the cause?
Booked an eye test next week to see if that helps.

Strange day, pottering with a few jobs and a bit of school work (couldn't look at the screen for too long).
