The Haining

I started this morning with a four mile run up the street, which i got a PR for my 5k time. Home and showered, lunch and then headed to the Haining for a walk with mum, dad and Deacon. Deacon is so well behaved off the lead, although he ended up manky and tried to swim in the lake!

Helped to bathe Deacon and then spent the rest of the day reading and playing the Sims. Absolutely shattered so heading to bed early. An active and lazy day!
