Lookout

Lookout and not a job to be taken lightly in this garden at the moment. We have a sparrowhawk which lurks and flies in at a rate of Knots slicing through the air and picking off my garden birds! This little male house sparrow is one of a very large family giving predators a big choice!

We've been incredibly busy in the garden having a very productive day. Oh yes  - more bonfires - that stable is coming down bit by bit whilst the rubbish is slowly being cleared. The field itself is looking very smart without the horses there to churn it up, however the rabbits are coming into the garden at night and my irises are shadows of their former selves having been chewed. Hubs and I can barely move now!
