Vampyr

In lieu of birthday celebrations tomorrow, we had a meal at the Students' Union (good veggie burgers) and then went to the world premiere of a new sound track to a 1930s horror film, Vampyr der Traum des Allen Grey. The sound track was performed live by a great group of musicians. The film was interesting - lots of horror film memes and some interesting camera work to give spooky effects. Something different to do on a Thursday evening. 
Went home and had a slightly premature slice of birthday cake before bed.
