'If music be the food of love, play on.....'

The final rehearsal for our concert tonight has just finished and to save going all the way home I have come to L's for some tea. Rehearsals are never flawless but according to our marvellous conductor it will be all right on the night.

We are singing Beethoven's Mass in C and a bit of the Ode to Joy from Beethoven's 9th Symphony. The highlight for me will be the winners of the Glasgow Conservatoire Mozart piano competition playing Mozart's Piano Concerto No.10 for two pianos.
