A drive in the countryside (Day 313)

It was a bit grey and dreich as I wandered up the hill with the dogs this morning, but not too windy and cold.
I spent a while cleaning the boiler, before sorting out the back of the van. Tomorrow I start a bathroom re-fit and it is always handy to have the van as tidy as possible before starting a job. It will look like a bomb has gone off in it by the end of the job.
After lunch I took the dogs to Wasdale and wandered around the scrapyard. Evie the wonderdog and Sigyn the Inquisitive clearly had enough of walking and jumped into the front of an old pickup truck. They both seemed quite happy sitting inside as Talisker looked for voles.
Looking forward to having my beautiful wife home from her 24 hour shift.
