Day 80 - Norwegian style hotdogs

First bbq of the season and Norwegians almost always have a 'waiting sausage' before the main bbq meat. They are quite different than American style hotdogs. They are wrapped in a potato tortilla (lompe) served up with ketchup, mustard and crispy onions. Yum! A great beginning to the first day of Spring!!
