Ayutthaya

Our second day of temples and royal palaces. This time in Ayutthaya which he'd been the second capital of Thailand before being sacked by the Malays. Less tourists, beautiful gardens, interesting stories from Thai history and a leisurely pace made made for a great day. We had lunch on a boat as we cruised back to Bangkok which gave a different view of the city. The river is much less busy than the roads.
