Heavenly Hellebore

At long last this pretty Hellebore which my sister gave me for my birthday last year has started to flower. I'm so glad that I didn't give up on it!

Blipping early today - rehearsals all afternoon for our big concert tonight. As I sit typing I am listening to Beethoven's Mass in C which is our contribution. We are also privileged to have the winners of the Glasgow Conservatoire Mozart Piano competition performing Mozart's Piano Concerto No.10 for two pianos. The final item is part of Beethoven's Ode to Joy which we will sing along with the HGS Junior Choir ..... should be a good but exhausting evening.

I may not manage any comments this evening but normal service will resume tomorrow.
