Everywhere is ideal

Mae Stokes Croft yn ardal o graffiti a sŵn, mae hi'n fwrlwm o weithgaredd.  Does dim lle gwell i siarad am fyfyrdod ac ymarfer Bwdist.  Treulion ni ddiwrnod yng Nghanolfan Bwdist, Aro Ling Fryste, gyda chynulleidfa o bobl awyddus i glywed  am y ddysgeidiaeth o'n llinach. Stokes Croft is an area of graffiti and noise, it is a hive of activity. There's no better place to talk about meditation and Buddhist practice. We spent the day at Aro Ling Buddhist Centre Bristol, with an audience of people keen to hear about the teachings of our lineage. It is important to be able to practice meditation wherever you find yourself, and not wait for the 'ideal'. Stokes Croft is therefore ideal. Anywhere is ideal.
