Salmon soup

Back in the Torvisen Maja Café, where we had this home made salmon soup. If we realized it correctly, there is no water or electricity in the café - therefore the disposable crockery & cutlery.

Temperatures are under zero again, transforming yesterday's warm day into quite icy and slippery conditions. Still on klister for cross-country skiing, because of the icy tracks. The sticky klister then collecting all the leaves, needles, branches and moss in the tracks - not really a pleasure and we had to stop from time to time and remove the collected stuff when it was getting too disturbing. Tomorrow should be better with a bit of fresh snow.
