Stuff.....

.....you think about at the dead of night, in this case it was sage and onion stuffing between the hours of 3 and 4am.....do I make it with brown or white bread, red or white onions, normal or variegated sage, do I add some thyme and parsley or not? Was this of earth-shattering importance, of course it wasn't....did it keep me awake, of course it did! Am I the only person (apart from my Ma!) who maunders over complete rubbish when they should be fast akip?

For the record the stuffing will be made with brown bread, red onions, 4 varieties of sage and some parsley.....and it had better taste bloody good!
