Waves at Rabbit Island

After a day attending a DNA Genealogy workshop in Nelson we called at Rabbit Island on the way home to get a photo. Always a pleasure to see the huge expanse of beach and the waves rolling in. I have had to ickle ockle here tossing up between the extra which is contre-jour and I see is a photographer like us. The other the waves rolling in on the low tide with some yachts in the far distance.
Both seen better in large.
