Feeding the doves

I fed C.s doves today and took my long lens so that I could get a shot without frightening them away.  There was no grain left so I filled all the containers and feeders to the brim.  They certainly get through a lot.  I had a brunch in town with friends before settling down to a few chores and the rugby.  This afternoon's matches were just an hors d'oeuvre for tonight's big game.
