A warm fine day in Christchurch. yay!!!!!

We had a beautiful day in Christchurch today. No grizzles, no complaints!!! I headed across town and noticed a clear blue sky except for these little fluffy bits. We have had so much cloud over the past several months....it was well worth blipping. I decided the monochrome did it more justice than an all blue sky. So of these little fluffy bits, ones on middle left are actually small versions of lenticular cloud similar to here. Under the sky are lots of earthworks opening up a new area for building. It used to be an alternate airport, Wigram, for Christchurch.Until recently the Air Force and private flying clubs used it.
I have even started to prune roses- lovely to be able to tidy things up.
