Over Yonder

Haymarket

So this is Haymarket at rush hour.  Agreed, it doesn't look very rush-y but that's only because of my timing this picture between the traffic.

Tonight we went out for dinner with a whole bunch of people.  It was a work thing for 'Er Indoors.

The best story of the night concerned Minecraft which is this computer world thingy that the young people are into.  Inside the world of Minecraft, kids can construct things from pure imagination, castles, walls, theme parks, anything.

One mother was bemoaning that she has lost her children to this virtual world.  "So I broke into their Minecraft domain, got my character to the top of a mountain and built a giant statue of me that says MUMMY in huge letters."

"Let's see them try to take THAT down," she said with grim relish.
