PawSox

G. wanted to see the Red Sox while she was in town, but unluckily they were on the road. Instead, we met up with P. and E. and saw a TripleA game in Pawtucket (Pawsox vs Buffalo Bisons). McCoy Stadium is nowhere near as photogenic as Fenway Park - I was a little disappointed with the photo ops, but the game was fun, and at $11 for a seat behind first base, who can complain?

The game was tied after 9 innings when we left to deliver G. to her conference - turned out it went on for hours with the PawSox winning eventually in the 14th.

I was amused to discover that the PawSox hold the record for the longest baseball game ever - they played 32 innings before the game was abandoned at 4am!
