Belfast

Thank you for your kind wishes yesterday for Mary - I don't know how she is yet.

Flew to Belfast early this morning as JP is working here today (and the flights were silly cheap!). I was at the hotel, checked in by 9.00 ready for a day of sight seeing. The photo is one of the hundreds of murals painted on the walls. The quality of the artwork on many of the paintings is amazingly high. Belfast is a fascinating city with a huge mixture of old and new.
JP finished his meeting by about 2.00 so came to Meet me and we went out for a drive to see some of the surrounding area.
Back to the hotel for a rest then out in the city for an evening walk and a meal.
