Toronto Public Piano Art Project

This is one of 41 artistically painted pianos placed around the city for any one to have a shot of. It is part of the preparation for the 2015 Pan American Games.
This gentleman kindly gave his permission to be the subject of this image. He's looking cool and relaxed and was tinkering away by ear. A couple of blocks on we spoke to a lady at a similar installation and she was clearly a very accomplished musician and despite the instrument being out of tune she was producing some dulcet tones in what sounded to me like 1920s slow classical jazz.
This was us on our way back to the hotel after a morning stroll to pack up to go home. I'm typing these words back blip fashion from my desk at home and I can't believe our amazing Toronto holiday is over. Thank goodness we have photos to look back on!
