48 hours of tranquillity.

Just returned from the Salvation Army Ladies Retreat in Suffolk. The theme was 'Live, Love, Laugh'. It was lovely to 'switch off' for a couple of days in beautiful surroundings, with good company, excellent food, inspiring speakers, and the opportunity to really think about our lives, the things we love, and the things that make us laugh. Chocolate featured prominently!
