Edinburgh - Day 17

Goodbye Edinburgh.

Whoopee doo................ We're staying at Ann's sisters tonight and have wifi again.  17 days without an internet connection is not really much fun.  Especially as Ann has been trying to source a lot of stuff for the big Edinburgh flat refurbishment.

Hopefully when we come back to Edinburgh this wall/door will have been taken down and all this old stuff will have been thrown in the skip.  Somehow I don't think that's going to happen.

The original plan was....................... by the end of April this wall would have been knocked down, the kitchen units would have been stripped out, new heating would have been installed and the whole flat would have been completely rewired (including false ceilings and halogen lights put in).

Mmmmmm..................... things are not exactly going to plan.

So now we have a new plan.  And do you know what?.................. I haven't even been consulted on it?!!  I've just been told what's happening.

Ann has handed in her notice at STAR and is going to project manage the big Edinburgh flat refurbishment herself.  How hard can it be?  Famous last words. Lol!

So it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time in  Edinburgh over the summer.  Onwards and upwards!!!
