Weighing in the pre-digital age.

In this increasingly digital age there is probably an app for all conceivable tasks.
How things have changed in my lifetime. When I was attempting to study school chemistry, these analytical weights were the height of sophistication, essential kit which when used with an analytical balance allowed us to to weigh out small quantities of chemicals for use in incomprehensible experiments.
The larger brass weights range for 100 to 1 gram and the silvery aluminium weights were used to weigh out milligram quantities. As I remember, it was a capital offence to touch the silvery ones except with the tweezers, lest our sweaty little fingers should change their weight. 
The box of weights was made by Baird and Tatlock; you can see similar ones in their 1912 catalogue.
