Friday on my Mind

Am l the only person who has three jugs of tulips in varying degrees of disintegration hoping that one of them will make a perfect flower blip?
I've been keeping an eye on mine for a couple of weeks as they sit in the corner of the conservatory going through various stages from run of the mill to deeply interesting.
Upshot is when l came to use one today, none was suitable so they've all gone in the compost bin.
No other flowers in the house today but called at Rebecca's before l take Ruby into Leeds for her ballet lesson and quickly snapped her orchid which had been sitting on her windowsill.
Thanks to Anni ( BikerBear) for hosting and now l look forward to browsing all the othe entries while l am waiting for Ruby to finish her lesson. What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.
