Soggy ish Sunday

It's been a funny day
Weather not playing ball at all
Not really gardening weather, well it is in a way, when the showers start, one may shelter under a tree in ones garden and listen to ones radio with a coffee, a beer, or a wee dram.
Or all three perhaps, while the shower passes.
This weekend the Scottish Open golf tournament was being held at Castle Stuart, about 8 miles from here, not far from the scary port ;-)
Thinking back to this time last year, it is milder, its wet and not exactly warm, but definitely milder.
Summer is playing the long game again this year then :-/
So wish I could have done a bit in the garden today, but it was not to be, delighted these roses have blossomed again (there are many)
But I'm way too ashamed of the state of this bit of my garden to show them all, and it wasn't dry enough to even tidy up this little bit, so a lazy Sunday evening blip of a close up of one of them
