ruffled feathers

It was another damp day again feeling more like mid April. At least things are starting to turn a bit green just in time for St Patrick's day.

I went down to the lake for a few minutes after work and fed a pair of hungry cardinals this female is quite brave and gets up close to me but will not feed from my hand . The wind was blowing and ruffled her feather but she stayed to eat
