A Sunny Morning

It was a wonderful sunny morning when I got up and out the door walkies with Sammy.  It soon clouded over and a cooler day, compared to yesterday. 

I've been working on the museum desk all day.  It was a steady start the day and a school visit from Whalsay.  There certainly seems to be plenty of tourists about at the moment too.  I had great plans to get things done after tea, but the sofa won.  I have managed to get out for a big walk with Sammy this evening. 

My morning walkies with Sammy was great in the sunshine and warmth.  It was just around Scalloway and then I managed to snap this on my way back.  Taken from Westshore and looking towards New Street and the castle.
