Flotsam.....

We started the day early (by holiday standards) at 8.30 with a walk along the beach before breakfast. Many interesting sights including a lady collecting seed pods which had fallen from the trees. Upon enquiry we were told they were almonds which needed to be dried and eased from their shells. We also came across this beautiful tree root which is washed daily by the tide giving it a smooth appearance.

Breakfast was calling so we finished our walk and went to the restaurant to eat (again!).

A hard day sunbathing and swimming followed - tough life!
