My hero

The theme for today was 'childhood heroes'.

We tried to remind the teen of the time he was obsessed with Barney (the purple dinosaur) but he didn't fancy the idea of spending the day in a padded purple suit, Po (the teletubby) was also declined & Thomas the tank engine didn't even get a look in.

My Germans weren't amused today to learn that while we encourage the use of once and twice (instead of one time and two times) thrice is rather old school, meanwhile they explained Green Thursday to me...
